Three ways to reach the office

Whichever route you choose, it reaches the attorney. There is no intake team standing between you and a real conversation about your matter.

Call the office

The fastest option, and often the most useful, because five minutes of conversation usually replaces a long email thread.

Ask Your Own Question

Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. There is no charge and no obligation for the initial consultation, and it is with the attorney rather than a screener. If the conversation makes clear that you do not need legal help, you will be told that.
How quickly will someone respond?
Most inquiries submitted through this site receive a response the same business day. If you are facing a contingency deadline, a closing, or a signature deadline, note it in your message and it will be prioritized.
Can we meet by phone or video instead of in person?
Yes. Many San Diego County clients handle the entire engagement by phone, video, and electronic signature. In person meetings at the downtown office are available by appointment whenever you prefer them.
Should I send my documents with the first message?
Send a summary rather than sensitive documents. Submitting a form does not create an attorney client relationship, so avoid sending confidential material until an engagement agreement is signed. A description of the situation is enough to have a useful first conversation.
Where exactly is the office?
2366 Front Street, San Diego, CA 92101-1414, in downtown San Diego. Meetings are by appointment.
Do you take clients outside San Diego County?
The practice is focused on San Diego County, where local knowledge of the recorders, lenders, title companies, and market genuinely matters. Matters connected to San Diego property or San Diego businesses are welcome regardless of where you personally live.

San Diego County

Local counsel, on the ground where you do business

My office sits at 2366 Front Street in downtown San Diego, minutes from the county recorder, the courts, and most of the lenders and title companies my clients use. That proximity is not a marketing line. It means documents get signed, recorded, and closed without a week of shipping delays.
