Areas Served

One office, downtown, serving the whole county

The office sits at 2366 Front Street in downtown San Diego, minutes from the county recorder, the courts, and most of the lenders, title companies, and escrow offices that San Diego County transactions run through.

That location is practical rather than symbolic. Documents get signed, recorded, and closed without shipping delays, and when a transaction needs something pulled from the county record it happens the same day rather than the same week.

Clients come from across the county, from Oceanside to Chula Vista and from the coast to East County, plus southwest Riverside County. Each area page below covers what that specific community's business base looks like and the issues that come up there most often.

Questions about coverage

Ask Your Own Question

Do you charge more to serve clients outside downtown San Diego?
No. The fee depends on the work, not the address. Most transactional work happens by phone, video, and electronic signature, and in person meetings at the downtown office are available to every client.
Do I have to come to your office?
Not unless you want to. Many clients across the county handle an entire engagement remotely. The office at 2366 Front Street is available by appointment whenever an in person meeting is easier.
Do you serve areas that are not listed here?
Yes. These pages cover the communities clients come from most often, but the practice serves all of San Diego County and, because the California bar license is statewide, matters connected to businesses and property elsewhere in the state.
Why does the local area matter for a transactional attorney?
Because the practical details differ. Which county records the documents, how local permitting works, what a specific commercial corridor's leases typically look like, and which title and escrow companies your deal will run through.
